The other day I was putting my bike away in the storage outside my flats, as I was doing so a part of the metal cage has collapsed and hit my shoulder and arm causing pain and bruising. I’m waiting on a doctors appointment to have it checked out properly at the moment, I’m just wondering in I was to make a claim who would it be against?

Hey Earld. If you were to make a claim it would most likely be against the property/flat block owner. So for example if it's owned and maintained by your local council chances are they're in charge of maintaining the bike storage to so the claim would be against them
