Injury at soft play center

Hi my son was injured earlier this week due to a play center not securing a mat properly, which led to the mat falling while my child tried to walk across it, he was stuck between the fallen mat and a wall which lead to a cut and bruise on his head. The center admitted fault and the area should of been secured but have since only offered a refund of what I paid to attend, I was wondering if I had a case to take it further?
