Had a car accident some months ago in which i suffered back and neck injuries, I got the other drivers details and he admitted liability, but the insurance company sent me for physio which made little difference , they now want to see my medical records , even though i never attended my doctor with this injury, why would they ask for this, I feel they are trying to catch me out to save themselves money . I have not employed a lawyer ,should I sue the driver for personal injuries as well as the damages to my car through a different insurer or solicitor? I just need some free legal advice
The person who caused the accident , contacted their insurer who contacted me and arranged the physio, i dont think i signed anything but I have had 3 physiotherapy sessions and I am still hurt and worried if I can still claim through legal expert and possibly receive a compensation pay out for my personal injuries as the accident was not my fault, could legalexpert.co.uk provide me with a solicitor on a no win no fee basis? thank you
