Just looking for advice..

I’m currently in the process of making a claim for a few injuries at work I’ve received over the past 12-18 months. My issue is I don’t know the dates of when they happened. Is there anything I could do to find these at all because I’m a bit stuck and don’t know where to turn. Thanks.

Hi Faciet. If these injuries have been reported to your employer then the dates for them can be found on accident report forms, you can request a copy of them from your employer and they'll be dated on there. They'll also be dated on your medical records if you visited a GP/hospital about them
