Need advice about my daughter

My daughter fell in the toy store and hit her head on sharp part of a pole which cut her face. Store manager agreed they are unsafe and considering putting padding around - already blocked off area with baskets. How do we move forward with a claim?

If you are looking to pursue a claim on her behalf you would be best to contact a no win no fee team about this and they can take a claim forward on your behalf. It may be beneficial to yourselves to contact the store and ask for a copy of any accident report they may have done afterwards.
