I have to bend doors for work and move them to another part of the warehouse. As a result of doing this I have injured my back, I haven't had any training at this role and tOo much of me is expected. Had to take time off work for awhile and missed out on pay.
Hi Reir. Sorry to hear that. You may be entitled to compensation for the back injury. If you haven't received the correct training for the role then your workplace are liable for any injury caused to you. With the claim the compensation would calculate any loss of earnings along with the payment for injury.
