Need help with social services

Hi, sorry if this is wrong place to ask but couldn't find anywhere else.
I complained to social services about person next door smoking drugs whilst pregnant, we live in a block of flats and it would stink the whole building out. When I reported it I asked for my details to remain anonymous because I don’t want any trouble from the neighbour or her partner but when the social did a home visit they accidentally showed her the complaint details with my name and information on. Is this something I can claim against them for? I’m really upset and now the neighbour and her partner are both harassing me like mad.

Hi Expriver. Sorry to hear that, that's so awful and unprofessional of them! You might be eligible for a data breach claim for what has happened as they've shared your information with the neighbour. Best to speak to a no win no fee solicitor team about this and they can guide you in the right direction. Regarding the harassment I would try and contact the police if you haven't done already
