Partner tripped and fell over on uneven paving stones outside the cinema, can we claim compensation?

My partner had a trip and fall on private property, tripped and fell over walking out of the cinema, they have already admitted fault and liability for the defect, but keep mentioning the world reasonable and they are looking into it, so I don't think they will be so agreeable in court so we may be looking for someone to help us make a claim for compensation.

My girlfriend had an accident and suffered minor injuries when she where walking around the complex where the pictures are there different styles of pavement, there is quite a bit of difference in levels where they meet making the floor uneven and one of the paving bricks has started to ware away and was broken and was a trip tripping hazard for anyone who walked over it and that is where she tripped and I would say its probably only just over an inch.

Surely the property owners are liable for her injuries because there was a raised lip that was a danger without any signs to stop anyone from falling and hurting themselves, that is a bit inappropriate?

When we claim we are looking for actual losses like petrol costs and damage to clothing.

A ambulance was called and their legs were badly cut and swollen and she is also 32 weeks pregnant so we had to go to hospital to ensure the baby was safe and I was worried she miscarried because of the incident.
She and the baby are fine after we saw the doctor, just her legs are a bit sore and she has severely sprained her ankle and knee.

I was just wondering if we can also claim for extra money because of the stress of the whole situation and the fact that for a few days after, my partner was unable to work and wants to claim for loss of earnings, she runs her own company so it is hard to say she what she could be owed?

Can legal expert provide us with a no win no fee solicitor to take our case?
typically what kind of values are these?
I am just wondering if its worth the agro, do these kind of incidents generally end up in court? Or would you be hoping to settle directly with the party?
