Hello, how much do I need to be paid for hand, back and neck injuries?
I was in a road traffic accident where I was a passenger in me brothers car and he had a crash, he was the one at fault and I had to go to accident and emergency room to see a doctor, I got medical attention for a hurt back, neck and hand.
I had a stiff aching neck and could not move my head, my back was swollen sore and tingling and my hand was throbbing and in agony, I think I had whiplash and the nurse took an x ray which confirmed I had broken my hand.
How much its the minimum paid out for these kinds of personal injuries, just so I know I get the right amount of compensation and dont get ripped off by solicitors or legal firm for all kinds of legal fees and penalties.
Also if I do claim for my personal injuries, will I put my brothers insurance costs even higher? I dont really want to get him in any more trouble with the law, could he even be banned from driving if I claim?
