Passenger in fatal car crash, broke hip & ankle, head trauma, can I claim if driver is dead?

I was the passenger in a severe car accident that was not my fault, the liable driver was killed in the accident, can I still claim compensation?

Can you give me some rough estimates on how much money I could be entitled to in a non fault road accident for severe head, ankle injury, hip bone injury and real bad back injury whiplash and burns on my face?

I was a passenger in a fatal car that high speed crash head on in to a tree, the driver died from brain injuries not long after getting to hospital and I was coma for a while and broke my hip and ankle and ruptured the discs in my spine.

The only thing they have estimated so far is my hips about £4000 still waiting on my back head trauma ankle bone, ligament tear and few other things but does that sound about right?

I am also unable to work with a prognosis of several months, I need a Legal expert no win no fee solicitor to claim compensation from the drivers insurance for my injuries and loss of earnings?
