Shelf fell on me

I was in the supermarket standing next to her, staff member was stacking shelves and moved a trolley and a poorly stacked set of 2 heavy Pyrex trays fell off the trolley onto my head. Went back to store the next day and completed incident form but they didn't let me have a copy

Hi Thaverce. Sorry to hear this. It seems you've done everything correct by getting checked out and filling in an accident report. If you were to make a personal injury claim for what happened the solicitor you appoint can request a copy of the accident report and they would have to provide it
