Slipped at work and want to claim

I work on a production line and went on some stairs to get to the other side of the line to the machines, the shoes I’m provided by my work are not suitable for the stairs as they are slippy etc, before the incident I asked for new shoes but they provided me with the same shoes. So obviously this isn’t my fault and I want to claim.

Hi Uppossom. If you were looking to make a claim you would need to make one against your employers liability insurance. To do this it would be best if you contacted a solicitor to discuss any injuries you may have from the fall and they can take the case forward for you
