Supermarket claim

Hello. I need advise regarding a slip in my local supermarket, I slipped on a poster that had fallen off the wall and cracked my knee. It was one of those posters that advertise the cafe I think. I filled in an accident report but have heard nothing from the shop since and this happened months ago and i'm not happy with them at all. When I ring they just fob me off so I want to take it further. how do i begin please??

Hi Sumsed, sorry to hear that, I hope your recovery is underway after all this time. You can request a copy of the accident report from them, they have to provide you with that first of all. Secondly you may want to look at contacting a solicitor to take this further for you, personally I'd recommend going with a no win no fee service so there's nothing to worry about if the claim falls through. Fingers crossed someone can take it forward and help you out.
