Supermarket employee slipped and fell on dangerous slippery floor, fractured elbow, how much can I claim?

I am a supermarket employee and i had an accident at work recently.
I slipped and fell on a wet slippery floor and inured my elbow and hurt my back, I had to go to hospital with the paramedics and they took an X-ray that showed I had severely fractured my elbow.

The store head manager sent me a message after it happened stating she has told the manager on shift to record it in the accident book, they told me via txt which I have kept but I haven't seen it as I've been off work with my injuries.

I am still off work at the moment with an injury from the incident and alot of people are telling me to put a claim in against my work, but when I go back to work I don't want the uncomfortable chat about it by management if u know what I mean? I'm stuck on what to do.

Could I be laid of for claiming compensation from my employer or am I protected by law?

If I lose the case will I be liable for legal fees or does legalexpert.com solicitors work on a no win, no fee basis?

and if I win how much money could I be entitled to in a payout for my damages?

If you make a claim from an injury at work, is my manager allowed to speak to me about it? Or is it confidential?
Went on a bit

Thank you
