Tooth knocked out at work in an accident, how much money could I claim?

I had an accident at work where I lost a front tooth and split my lip, I was hurt and in a lot pain and I feel very upset and traumatised by incident as it was embarrassing as a man to get hurt in such a way on the building site surrounded by other employees, as you can imagine I didn't receive much apathy or empathy in the work setting.

We were working in an unsafe confined space when another work mate knock my tooth out with a piece of equipment, it was unintentional but as we both turned without looking the large tool he was handling swung and struck me in the mouth, I was knocked down and landed on my back side hard, hurting my coccyx which the doctor thinks is fractured and then noticed blood pouring down my face, my lip was cut wide open and I will require stitches and will probably have an unsightly scar, it has all been documented.

My left front tooth was dislodged from my gum, my friend was looking for it but it was missing, I had to take some time off work because my speech was slurred from the swelling to my lips and getting used to the new gap in my teeth, but honestly I am ashamed to go back.

Can I ask what if to your work are willing to pay? I think I would like to settle with the managers and keep my job, but I feel I would get more money for my injuries than the compo the firm are offering
