I had a trip and fall last year on a drain on the high street in Liverpool, I fell and hurt my back It happened on a Sunday and I went hospital on Monday and ever since then I've had alot of problems with my lower back, 2 weeks ago I had a operation on it, the doctors said I have slipped discs and I have severely pulled my muscle and no I have a trapped nerve that causes me pain daily.
I didn't report it to the council and when I did they said it wasn't deep enough? if it was then I would have avoided it, I think its the councils fault, there was a bit missing but u couldn't see it to avoid it so I caught my foot tripped twisted my ankle and fell down, I did have pic in my phone but carnt find it, the Is there anything I can do, I have never been in this situation before, I want to make a claim and get some compensation and receive physio therapy to help me recover. can legal expert give me some free advice and help me sue the local council?
