Tripped ona path and landed on fence

Last night I was walking my dog in the local park when I tripped and landed on a torn down barb wire fence that was discarded on the pathway. I had to go for a tetanus injection and get my hand stitched up and this is likely going to leave a scar. What are my options for claiming please?

If you were looking to pursue a claim it would be best to contact a solicitor to do this for you, we always recommend no win no fee here as they have no upfront costs or charges. They would take the details from you and put a claim forward against your local council (or whoever owns the park) and their insurance., It might be best to try and get a photo of the fence and pathway if you havent already so that and any images of your injury can be used as evidence
