Twisted my ankle on a pavement slab, can i claim compensation?

I was walking on the high street when my ankle went from under me because of a trip on a pavement slab so we took a picture for photographic evidence, i fell and have a bit of a limp and swollen ankle but didnt miss anywork, can I make a claim?
