Hello, I am just looking for some free legal advice to help make a claim for compensation for a non fault road traffic accident.

I was involved in a car accident on Thursday and the symptoms seemed to be whiplash.

The other car went right into the back of me at a junction and the other driver has admitted liability.

I have been to see my GP and had a medical examination and the doctor has given me a report diagnosing me with whiplash with a 3 week prognosis off work.

Because I am in able to work as a result of a car accident can I claim compensation for loss of earnings?

I make about £300 a week and will be out of work for 3 weeks, will I be able to reclaim the full amount of my wages.
