I was in a road traffic accident that was not my fault, I got rear ended on the highway by a truck, the other guy was a farmer driving a big truck full of livestock and he was driving carelessly and admitted fault to the police and was cited.
The weight of his vehicle and the force of the collision did extensive damage to the rear of my car and caused me to strain my back violently.
I have had medical attention from a doctor in the hospital and after a few test and x rays told me I have severe whiplash and gave me a months prognosis, because of this I have been unable to work and have had to go to frequent physiotherapy sessions.
