What percentage are your fees for an assault claim?

I was assaulted by two men on my way home from work, it was an unprovoked attack and I was left with a broken arm and lost teeth, I have made a report to the police but no one has been charged for the crime, can I still claim?
If I make a CICA claim for compensation what percentage fee would I have to pay the solicitor?
