What percentages do your solicitors take from a sexual assault claim?

I was sexual assaulted last year, the man has been arrested and convicted for the crime and I have been going through therapy, what do I need to do to make a claim for compensation for abuse like this?
If I do make a claim how much do I need to pay in fees to the solicitor?
