Can I sue someone if they knocked me off my bike??

This all depends on the circumstances. If the cyclist was using the road in their usual way, then there's a good chance they won't be at fault. If, however, a driver forced them off the road by failing to give enough space, or if they check their mirrors before turning, a cyclist could get hurt.
