I was out doing food deliveries on my bike. I was going around the rounabout correct when a car has pulled on and ran me down, police arrived shortly after. Didn’t manage to get any details as the driver drove off and now I have a broke wrist
Hi Wherser. Sorry to hear that. If you are thinking about making a claim for this you might still be able to without the details provided the accident was reported to the police. A solicitor can use the police reference number to put a claim in through the Motor Insurance Bureau who deal with unknown and/or uninsured drivers. This sounds like it may be the best route to take for you.
