Hi Lach. To make a complaint to the bus company you would need to contact them directly. If it is a compensation claim you are looking to make that would actually go against the car drivers insurance as the driver is the one responsible for accident. To do that you would either need the drivers details or possibly contact the bus company and let them know you were on board and want to make a claim and they may be able to do it. Failing that you can always contact a private solicitor not affiliated with them and they can do this for you.
