I booked an all inclusive package holiday to Tenerife with Jet2Holidays and I had a trip and fall accident in the hotel booked by the travel agent. I tripped over on a step that I couldn’t see because of poor lighting, there were no warning signs to mind the step and I have badly hurt my knee and twisted and sprained my ankle. Can I claim compensation for a trip and fall accident in a foreign hotel? Can I claim back the price of my holiday from the travel agent?
