I was unloading a lorry at work when the overloaded cage fell over on top of me and cracked my head open hurt my stomach my back and my neck. This was a few weeks ago and I had to take time off to recover, is there anyway I can claim for loss of earnings as I can’t really afford to go without.

Hi Ablearm. You are able to claim for loss of earning after this yes. Usually when a loss of earnings claim is made it's within a personal injury claim and the wages are calculated as part of the compensation amount.
You're entitled to make a claim for personal injury after what happened and you can claim the earnings back that way :)
