My father had a slip and fall accident on a package holiday in the canaries, we was staying in a hotel booked by our travel, while staying at the Spanish hotel my father slipped and fell on a running machine in the gym in the hotel, the treadmill surface was very slippery causing him to fall and break his humerus in his arm, he went to hospital in the a and e and was told he would need surgery and to have his arm in a cast for the fracture, can he claim compensation for a accident in a hotel gym?
