Claim against salon?

I went to my usual hairdressing salon to have a treatment I'd had done twice before, but this time I had a different hairdresser and he did not follow my previous treatment card or do a strand or skin test. I have ended up with second degree scalp burns and blistering from the bleach he used.

Hi Thring. You would be able to claim against the salon for this. As they failed to continue your previous treatment plan or do a patch test this has resulted in injury to you and they are considered negligence and this makes liable for it.
