Claim for infection after treatment

I had fat dissolving injections last year and caught a bad infection from the process. When I got treated my doctor said it would most likely be from the equipment not being sterilised correctly and I had to have a further procedure to remove the infection which was performed by the same clinician for free as an apology (no further issues). I’ve just been reading online and saw I might be able to make a claim for this?

It would be best to contact a legal team/solicitor for this and they will discuss how to take the case forward with you, they may also need access to any medical records that hold information about the treatment you recieved.
