I was walking my dog in the park when another dog came up to us and attacked me and my dog, my dog was hurt and so was I. Bitten bad, is there anything I can do? I think the dog is dangerous and police should take it off owner
HI, sorry to hear that. If you know the dogs owner and have their details/ or you have reported it to the police you may be able to make a claim for the injury from the dog bite depending on if the dog is insured or not.
