Fell into open drain

I was walking in the dark and it was raining. My foot went into an open drain which had been left open resulting in me falling over and breaking my elbow and a bone in one arm and badly bruising the tendons in my other arm. I have reported it to the council but they wont take it any further.

Hi Stupund. If you are looking to make a claim against the council for this you could look at approaching a solicitor with the details. If you have any report reference number from the council I'd keep that handy as they may want to use it to put a case forward
