Hotel Accident

Hi. I've recently come back form a holiday, whilst I was in the hotel I was in the bathroom and when to grab something off the towel rack. When I did the rack come away from the wall and landed on my leg and has cut it open along with my foot. The staff were very helpful and I ended up needing stitches unfortunately but they called an ambulance and helped me get the assistance I needed. I did make a complaint to head office but I've not heard anything back yet, I am looking ofr compensation off them but am wondering what routes I could take if I hear nothing from them

Hi Knoute. Sorry to hear that, it's good the staff managed to take care of you and get you the help from the ambulance at least. If the hotel management don't offer any kind of compensation take a look at finding a solicitor to put a claim forward for you. I'd recommend looking for a no win no fee solicitor that deals with personal injury for something like this.
