I had an accident on a package holiday, I was staying in a hotel in Spain when I slipped and fell on a wet floor and injured my shoulder, there was no wet floor sign and I spent the rest of my holiday in pain and unable to use my arm, how long do I have to claim compensation for an accident in a Spanish hotel?
