I was staying in a Spanish hotel on a package holiday I booked with Firstchoice, it was all inclusive and I contracted salmonella food poisoning from eating in the hotel, I was sick for days over my holiday and was in pain and uncomfortable while paying for the hotel, how long do I have to claim compensation for food poisoning from a Spanish hotel?
