I know you may get this a lot but I was wondering how much roughly I am entitled to for a broken forearm that now needs surgery?
I was In an RTA that was not my fault the other driver was drunk and driving dangerously and they collided with me at high speed.
They never got out to see if I was alright or to swap insurance or registration details and I have reported this to the police as a hit and run accident.
How much compensation could I claim for a broken forearms as part of a hit and run car crash?
