I tried to get something from under the machine when the machine has crushed my arm, health and safety have said the machine was faulty. This happened in 2018, have been unable to work since, can I claim?
Hi, sorry to hear that. A personal injury claim has a time limit of 3 years from the date of accident so unfortunately if this took place in 2018 is would be out of limitation to make a claim so you would be unable to do so.
