I was involved in a traffic accident today. A lady went through a red light and collided with my vehicle. Injury wise just pain in my knee, neck, shoulders and hip and a headache. What can I do for help?
Hi Sins, sorry to hear this. If you swapped details with the other driver you could contact their insurance regard any damage to your vehicle and injury. If they are unable to help and you do not want to claim off your own insurance/do not have injury cover on your insurance then an RTA specialist solicitor would be able to help you with this.
