I have whiplash and want to claim

I've been in a collision. The driver that hit me has admitted right from the start it was his fault.
I was waiting at a junction to turn left he came from behind and hit the back of the car, I was knocked in conscious for a short while when I was confused and disorientated my head hit something in the car I don't know what, I had my belt on but I was leaning forward to see round a slightly bend in the road for on coming vehicles. Now I have diagnosed whiplash and want to claim for it as my neck and shoulders are in agony all the time.

Hi, sorry to hear that. There have been some major changes to RTA claims in the UK, areas it has effected is whiplash and soft tissue injuries. It does make all the difference if your accident has caused further injury. soft tissue and whiplash, previously the average settlements was around £3000 whereas now the similar type of claim can be as low as £300.
