I need legal representation

I was involved in a car accident just before Christmas. MY friend was driving us back home down the motorway when we skidded in bad rain and hit central reservation. I’ve already spoke to her insurance about my injuries and they say I would need legal representation to make a claim. How do I do this?

If you give them an explanation of what happened and any details from the insurance such as a reference number/your friends registration number they'll be able to submit a claim for you
