We have just got back from a package holiday we booked with a holiday company, we went to a all inclusive hotel in Greece, I tried to inform the reception and management staff of my allergy to nuts and peanuts but there was no warning or allergen information in the food canteen and I had bad allergic reaction to nuts and had to go to hospital.
Can I claim compensation from the hotel or the travel agent?
Can I be reimbursed and get my money back for the holiday?
