I was in a road traffic accident on holiday, can I claim compensation?

I was on a package holiday and had a road accident on the transfer coach from the airport to the hotel, to coach driver was hit by a car and I have suffered whiplash. We were stuck on the coach for hours I spent my holiday with pain in my back and neck.
Can I claim compensation for personal injuries abroad?
Can I claim compensation from the travel agent who booked my transport?
