I was injured by a trolly on a flight can I claim compensation?

I was injured on a flight by a air hostess with a trolly, they were coming round the plane for the second time and must have been rushing because she barged into my arm and leg with the trolly and I was left with a limp and pain in my arm and unsightly bruises for the rest of my holiday.
Can I claim compensation from the airline for my injuries?
