My bus driver caused a car accident. Can I sue the bus company?

I was on a bus today in Leicester and the driver caused a crash. I was thrown forward and banged my head on the bar in front of my seat. A few other people were also hurt.

Is it possible for me to sue the driver or the busy company?

If you haven't already done so, it'd be a good idea to get yourself checked over by your GP or at your local walk-in centre. Even if you feel fine, head injuries don't always show themselves fully right away. This is also an important step to take for the purposes of making a claim.
