Hello. I’ve recently been renovating my house and has workers in to help. A contractor was leaving my property and pulled the ladder away from the wall and it fell on me head. It’s caused me to fall and hurt my hip along with a nasty cut to my forehead, can I get help with making a claim against the contractors as they just apologised and left me there.

Hi Eank. Sorry to hear this, that's shocking they just left you like that. Have a look at finding a soliciotr, I'd recommend a no no fee one myself, and give them the details of the contracting company and a description of what happened. They can take a claim on for you and chase the contractors insurance
