Hiya. Have hurt my foot at work, safety door was not on the catch properly and has come loose as I was walking through and slammed onto my foot. It’s a fire door so very heavy and has caused bad bruising and swelling. Can I claim for this???
Hi Phen. You may be able to claim for this against your workplace's Employer Liability insurance as the door should not come loose in that way, especially as it is a safety/fire door as you say.
