I’ve recently returned from a package holiday in Spain., I slipped on a wet patch on the hotel floor and ended up in hospital with a torn hamstring, spent the rest of my hols in a wheelchair unable to walk, I’m asking for advice about claiming compensation
Hi, there may be a case for compensation. It would need to be double checked with a solicitor due to it happening in a foreign country (different countries have different limitations and laws to follow) so you may want to enquire with one about it.
